This concrete-based structure overlooks the Missouri River.  At the time of construction, the building is the largest Passive House structure on the globe. It uses approximately 90% less energy than an average building of similar size.  Apartments have views of the riverfront and downtown skyline.  Located in Kansas City’s River Market District, residents can easily access the city’s streetcar system as well as the local River Market culture.
