Second and Delaware Apartments Grand Opening

Celebrating the official Grand Opening of Second and Delaware Apartments! Initial reports prove that, thanks to careful and innovative design, the building uses 90% less energy than a building of similar size in a similar location. A 99% occupancy shows that residents share the excitement shown by everyone on the design and management team.

New Residence in New York state

Design has begun on a new residence in upstate NY. The property has some challenges regarding orientation, but we were able to take advantage of the light and view.

Two lobbies in NYC – 40 W 23rd. and 28 W 23rd. – have been 3D scanned as a showcase of the technology. The current situation dictates that certain signage had to stay in place while scanning.
