Second and Delaware Apartments Grand Opening

Celebrating the official Grand Opening of Second and Delaware Apartments! Initial reports prove that, thanks to careful and innovative design, the building uses 90% less energy than a building of similar size in a similar location. A 99% occupancy shows that residents share the excitement shown by everyone on the design and management team.
Museum Feasibility Study

Feasability study for a museum located in a historic town in NY state. After careful analysis of the building, we decided that the main circulation was best located outside the original footprint. Rendered images are not intended to be photo-realistic.

New Residence in New York state

Design has begun on a new residence in upstate NY. The property has some challenges regarding orientation, but we were able to take advantage of the light and view.
NYC Lobby Digital Walkthrough

Two lobbies in NYC – 40 W 23rd. and 28 W 23rd. – have been 3D scanned as a showcase of the technology. The current situation dictates that certain signage had to stay in place while scanning. Storefront featured in Audi debut

Our storefront alterations at 1140 Broadway, NYC were featured in one of the media debut images for the all new 2019 Audi A7. We completed the storefront alterations and new lobby in 2017. Use of this image is approved by Audi of America.
